💼 Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher, you are the hub between the customer, technicians, and the service organization. You receive and prioritize incoming cases, plan technicians' workdays, and ensure that each assignment has the right conditions. By creating structure in a dynamic environment, you contribute to maintaining high-quality service delivery and ensure that both customers and technicians receive quick, clear feedback.

As a field dispatcher, you work in a varied and social role where you coordinate many parallel assignments for technicians who move between several customers each day. You follow up on yesterday's work, plan today's efforts, receive fault reports, and adjust the schedule when conditions change. The role involves close dialogue with technicians and customers, as well as a significant responsibility for keeping the flow together when new cases arise. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have many contacts.

As a contract dispatcher, you work administratively close to two specific customer contracts. Based at Halmstad port, you operate in an environment where conditions can change rapidly, requiring you to be both structured and flexible. You plan technicians' weeks, manage fault reports in the customer's system, and ensure that service is performed according to the contract. You work closely with the technicians on-site and contribute to creating clarity and order in the entire service process with customers.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in service operations and a good technical understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, or electricity

• A background as a service technician, industrial mechanic, or planner is highly meritorious

• Very good computer and system skills, preferably experience with SAP

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Interest in technology and a desire to understand machines and service processes

You easily build trust in dialogue with both technicians and customers and have an unpretentious, collaborative way of working. You are motivated by variety, remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to prioritize wisely even when many things are happening simultaneously.
